Use of Documents and Information. 1. The vendor shall not, without prior written consent from TSTSL , disclose/share/use the bid document, contract, or any provision thereof, or any specification, plan, drawing, pattern, sample or information furnished by or on behalf of the TSTSL in connection therewith, to any person other than a person employed by the vendor in the performance of the contract.
