Use of Documents and Information. E8.1 Except with the consent in writing of the Client, the Contractor shall not disclose the Contract or any provision thereof to any person other than a person employed by the Contractor in the carrying out of the Contract or any other person concerned with the same. Such disclosure shall be made in confidence and extend so far only as may be necessary for the purposes of the Contract.
