Use of District Mailboxes. To the extent that they are provided for all employees of the District, the Association shall have the right to use school mailboxes and the intra-district mail service for the distribution of materials to employees covered by this Agreement. A copy of any material to be disseminated shall be given to the Chief Human Resources Officer prior to the proposed dissemination to the employees covered by this Agreement for review. The Association shall be responsible for providing an adequate number of copies of any such material to be distributed.
