Common use of Use of De-identified information Clause in Contracts

Use of De-identified information. De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data.

De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for legally permissible purposes, including the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-re- identify de-identified Student Data.

Use of De-identified information. De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, demonstration of efficacy, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-de- identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-de- identified Student Data.

Use of De-identified information. De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data. De-identified and anonymous information may also be used and shared with third party web analytical tools for tracking analytical information.

Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data.

De-Identified Data is not Student Data and Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify deDe-identified Student Identified Data.

De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). In addition, Contractor may use Student Data to create de-identified or aggregated data (that does not identify individual students) and to analyze and improve the services Contractor provides. Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-identified Student Data.

Use of De-identified information. De-identified information may be used by the Contractor for the purposes of development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b)) and as further described in Contractor’s privacy policy located here xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxx.xxx/nwea-privacy-and-security-for-pii.html. Contractor agrees not to attempt to re-identify de-de- identified Student DataData after the Student Data has been deleted under Section 5.
