Use of Confidential Service Information. All uses of the Services in accordance with the Security Protocols will be deemed to be authorized by and binding on Customer. Customer’s failure to protect Login Credentials and Confidential Service Information may allow an unauthorized party to (i) use the Service(s); (ii) access Customer’s electronic communications and financial data; (iii) send Orders and transfer funds from Accounts; or (iv) receive confidential information from Bank.
