Use of Company Intellectual Property. I understand that the Company’s trademarks, service marks, tradenames, trade dress, patents, trade secrets, and copyrighted materials (collectively the “Intellectual Property”) belong solely to the Company, and any use of the Intellectual Property must be in strict compliance with the Company’s policies, which may be amended by the Company from time to time.
