USE OF CARTS. Carts or dollies which have steel wheels are not permitted in any carpeted or tiled area in the Facility. In motion, all crates moved in and out of the Facility must be handled in a manner so as to maximize the protection of and minimize the risk of damage to all carpeting, painted surfaces, door fixtures, etc.
