Use of Captured Material for News. 1. Audio or audio-visual material captured per A. above must be edited down to no more than ten (10) minutes from any work or movement for news or “magazine program” broadcast. In addition to use by the news broadcaster, the newscast may be distributed on the Internet, on the Employer’s own website, on television or on other media outlets, by the Employer or by third parties as defined in and in accordance with VIII.C.2.
