Use Fees. In consideration of use of the UVM Facilities, Company shall pay UVM the fees as set forth on Exhibit E. Fees will be billed monthly and will be due and payable within 30 days following the date of invoice. All fees payable hereunder shall be paid in U.S. dollars, without reduction for taxes or set off.
