Use and Condition of Property. 11.1 The Tenant shall use the Property for residential purposes for occupation by the Tenant only and shall not (nor allow others to) operate a business at the property or use it for any improper, immoral or illegal purposes. If the Tenant wishes a guest to stay at the property for more than two consecutive nights or on a regular basis at weekends or during the week then this must be agreed in writing beforehand with the landlord.
