Use and Allocation of Capital Replacement Reserve. Any expenditures for Capital Replacements which have been budgeted and previously approved may be paid from the Capital Replacement Reserve without further approval from the Authority. Any amounts remaining in the Capital Replacement Reserve at the close of any Fiscal Year shall be carried forward and retained in the Capital Replacement Reserve until fully used.
