Use and Access Restrictions. The Supplier acknowledges that unless it obtains specific written preauthorization from the District, any access to or use of the District property, technology or information that is not necessary for the performance of its contractual obligations with the District is strictly prohibited. The Supplier further acknowledges that the District may monitor the Supplier to ensure compliance with this paragraph. This paragraph is in addition to and shall not limit any other obligation or restriction placed upon the Supplier.
