Use and Access Restrictions. The Supplier acknowledges that unless it obtains specific written preauthorization from the Purchaser, any access to or use of Purchaser property, technology or information that is not necessary for the performance of its contractual obligations with the Purchaser is strictly prohibited. The Supplier further acknowledges that the Purchaser may monitor the Supplier to ensure compliance with this paragraph.
