Common use of Use and Access Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Use and Access Restrictions. The Contractor acknowledges that unless it obtains specific written preauthorization from the County, any access to or use of the County property, technology or information that is not necessary for the performance of its contractual obligations with the County is strictly prohibited. The Contractor further acknowledges that the County may monitor the Contractor to ensure compliance with this paragraph. This paragraph is in addition to and shall not limit any other obligation or restriction placed upon the Contractor.
