Common use of Use and Access Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Use and Access Restrictions. The Supplier acknowledges that unless it obtains specific written preauthorization from the Board, any access to or use of the Board property, technology or information that is not necessary for the performance of its contractual obligations with the Board is strictly prohibited. The Supplier further acknowledges that the Board may monitor the Supplier to ensure compliance with this paragraph. This paragraph is in addition to and shall not limit any other obligation or restriction placed upon the Supplier.
