Usages. (i) All accounting terms used in this Agreement will have the meanings ascribed to them under GAAP unless otherwise provided. (ii) Whenever the term “include” or “including” is used in this Agreement in connection with a listing of items, that listing is illustrative only and is not a limitation on the general scope of the classification, or as an exclusive listing of the items within the general scope.
