Common use of USAGE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

USAGE CLAUSE. Section 1. It is understood and agreed between the parties hereto that during the continuance of this Lease, the Property may be used and occupied for the purposes of operating a business providing home medical care equipment and such other business customarily included in said definition and for no other purpose or purposes without the written consent of the Landlord. Subject to the respective obligations of Landlord and Tenant contained elsewhere in this Agreement, Tenant shall promptly comply with all laws, ordinances and lawful orders and regulations issued by any duly constituted governmental authority and affecting the Property and the cleanliness, safety, occupation and use of same.
