Usage and Other Data. AOL shall make available to ICP a monthly -------------------- report specifying for the prior month aggregate usage and Impressions with respect to ICP's presence on the AOL Network. ICP will supply AOL with monthly reports which reflect total impressions by AOL Members to the ICP Internet Site during the prior month and the number of and dollar value associated with the transactions involving AOL Members at the ICP Internet Site during the period in question. ICP shall also provide AOL with "click-through" data with respect to the promotions specified in Section 2.
