USA Patriot Act Requirements of the Fiscal Agent. To help the government of the United States of America fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. For a non-individual Person such as a business entity, a charity, a trust, or other legal entity, the Fiscal Agent may request documentation to verify such Person’s formation and existence as a legal entity. The Fiscal Agent may also request financial statements, licenses, identification and authorization documents from individuals claiming authority to represent such Person or other relevant documentation.

L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower, which information includes the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow such Lender or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Act.
