Each Lender that is subject to the requirements of the USA PATRIOT Act hereby notifies the Loan Parties that, pursuant to the requirements of the USA PATRIOT Act and the “Beneficial Ownership Regulation” (31 CFR §1010.230), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each Loan Party, which information includes the name, address and tax identification number of such Loan Party and other information that will allow such Lender to identify such Loan Party in accordance with the USA PATRIOT Act or the Beneficial Ownership Regulation.
