U.S. Protocol. If the DCR adheres to the ISDA 2018 U.S. Resolution Stay Protocol, as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. as of July 31, 2018 (the “ISDA U.S. Protocol”), after the Commencement Date, the terms of the ISDA U.S. Protocol will supersede and replace the terms of this Section 18.12.
