US Lacrosse. US Lacrosse agrees to indemnify and hold the Chapter harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses and costs of any nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of any claim or demand asserted against the Chapter based on any acts or omissions of US Lacrosse or any of its officers, agents or employees.
