Uptime Level Sample Clauses

Uptime Level. Synapse Services shall be available no less than 99.9% of the total number of minutes in any given calendar month (“Uptime Level”). 1.2.1. If Synapse fails to provide such Services availability in any given calendar month, Platform will be credited with $80.00 per hour (prorated to the nearest minute) of unavailability of Services below the Uptime Level to be applied to the following month’s Subscription Fee, limited to a maximum of 15% of monthly Subscription Fee. 1.2.2.
