Occupation • Rapid Placement • Supported employment Natural Supports • Ticket to Work Substantial Gainful Activity Appropriate incentives may be invoiced 90 days after the employment stable date. The job placement must be consistent with the DORS Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) in terms of the employment goal and the anticipated number of hours of employment per week.
Performance Incentives As a bonus, to supplement Associate Head Coach’s compensation, as set out herein, the University agrees to pay the following sums upon attainment of each specified goal, provided the Program is in compliance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules, and there are no pending or active NCAA or __________ Conference investigations or major violations of which Associate Head Coach knew or should have known. Associate Head Coach must also complete the _________ [insert sport] season as Associate Head [Men’s/Women’s] [delete if sport is football] __________ Coach to receive any performance incentives for that season. Payment will be made to Associate Head Coach within 60 days after goal is accomplished. (a) $_________ in any contract year in which the team wins the __________ Conference championship. Long-Term Incentives The Company shall provide the Executive the opportunity to earn long-term incentive awards under the current equity and cash based plans and programs or replacements therefor at a level commensurate with the current aggregate opportunity being provided to the Executive.
Incentive Awards a) The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive plan for senior-level executives as in effect from time to time, subject to the performance standards set by the Compensation Committee. Payment of any annual incentive award shall be made at the same time that such awards are paid to other senior-level executives of the Company. The Executive's annual incentive award target shall be set by the Compensation Committee. b) The Executive shall be eligible to receive grants under the Company's long-term incentive plans as in effect from time to time; provided, however, that the size, type and other terms and conditions of any such grant to the Executive shall be determined by the Compensation Committee.
Long-Term Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in any long-term incentive awards offered to senior executives of the Company, as determined by the Compensation Committee.
