Common use of Upon return Clause in Contracts

Upon return. Drivers who are laid off who desire to return to the service of the Company when work is available shall keep the Company advised of their current address and telephone number or their whereabouts, in order that they may be readily located. Failure on the part of the driver to provide this information may result in the driver forfeiting their recall rights.
