Common use of Upon receipt of notice Clause in Contracts

Upon receipt of notice. of suspension under this Section 8.1, the A/E shall cease providing the suspended Services and take all necessary or appropriate steps to limit disbursements and minimize respective costs. The A/E shall furnish a report to the Contracting Authority, within five days after receiving the notice of suspension, describing the status of the Services, including results accomplished, resulting conclusions, and other information as the Contracting Authority may require.
