Upon Project Completion. Unless otherwise stated herein, this Agreement and all obligations hereunder shall terminate when the Project receives its final certificate of occupancy, except that the provisions of Article 6; and Sections 5.3(a); 5.7.1.1; 5.7.2.1; 5.7.2.6; 5.7.3.1; 5.7.3.5; 5.7.4.6; and 7.9; and such other Sections or provisions as indicated by context and commercial reasonableness shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
