Common use of Upon Execution Date Clause in Contracts

Upon Execution Date. This Agreement shall be effective and binding as of the Execution Date only to the extent required to give full effect to, and enforce, the rights and obligations of the Parties under: (i) Sections 3.9(a)(vii), 5.1(a)(iv)-(v), and 5.1(b)(iv); (ii) Section 5.1(a)(ii) only with respect to Section 10.2, and Section 5.1(a)(iii) only with respect to the Sections identified in this Section 2.7; (iii) Sections 5.2 through 5.7; (iv) Sections 8.3, 8.4(a)(i), 8.4(b), and 8.5; (v) Sections 10.2, 10.6 through 10.8, and Sections 10.12 through 10.16; and (vi) Articles One, Two, Seven, Twelve and Thirteen.

Upon Execution Date. This Agreement shall be effective and binding as of the Execution Date only to the extent required to give full effect to, and enforce, the rights and obligations of the Parties under: (i) Sections 3.9(a)(vii), 5.1(a)(iv)-(v), and 5.1(b)(iv5.1(b)(v); (ii) Section 5.1(a)(ii5.l(a)(ii) only with respect to Section 10.2, and Section 5.1(a)(iii) only with respect to the Sections identified in this Section 2.72.6; (iii) Sections 5.2 through 5.7; (iv) Sections 8.3, 8.4(a)(i), 8.4(b), and 8.5; (v) Sections 10.2, 10.6 through 10.8, and Sections 10.12 through 10.1610.15; and (vi) Articles One, Two, Seven, Twelve and Thirteen.
