Common use of Upon Disability Clause in Contracts

Upon Disability. The Company may terminate the Employee's employment upon the Employee's total disability. The Employee shall be deemed to be totally disabled if he is unable to perform his duties under this Agreement by reason of mental or physical illness or accident for a period of three consecutive months. Upon termination by reason of the Employee's disability, the Company's sole and exclusive obligation will be to pay the Employee his compensation earned through the date of termination.

Upon Disability. The Company Corporation may terminate the Employee's employment upon the Employee's total disability. The Employee shall be deemed to be totally disabled if he he/she is unable to perform his his/her duties under this Agreement by reason of mental or physical illness or accident for a period of three two (2) consecutive months. Upon termination by reason of the Employee's disability, the CompanyCorporation's sole and exclusive obligation will be to pay the Employee his his/her compensation earned through the date of termination.

Upon Disability. The Company may terminate the Employee's employment upon the Employee's total disability. The Employee shall be deemed to be totally disabled if he he/she is unable to perform his duties under this Agreement by reason of mental or physical illness or accident for a period of three six consecutive months. Upon termination by reason of the Employee's disability, the Company's sole and exclusive obligation will be to pay the Employee his compensation salary earned through the date of termination.

The Employee shall be deemed to be totally disabled if he is unable to perform his duties under this Agreement by reason of mental or physical illness or accident for a period of three consecutive months. Upon termination by reason of the Employee's disability, the CompanyCorporations's sole and exclusive obligation will be to pay Employee the Employee his compensation earned to which he is entitled and the options which have vested through the date of termination.
