Common use of Upon Delivery Clause in Contracts

Upon Delivery. the Builder shall furnish the Buyer with a Commercial Invoice, Builder's Certificate, Protocol of Sea Trials of Vessel, Protocols of Inventory, Protocols of Consumable Nature and Declaration of Warranty of Freedom from Liens and Claims, including any claim by the Guarantor by reason of its Letter of Guarantee under Article X (as such terms are defined in such Article), and such other certificates and documents as the Buyer may request evidencing transfer to the Buyer of a free and clear title in and to the Vessel.
