Common use of Upon Breach Clause in Contracts

Upon Breach. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, at any time after the date of termination, if you, by any intentional or grossly negligent action or omission to act, breach any covenant, agreement, condition, or obligation contained herein, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to cease making any payments and to cease providing any of the benefits to you under this Agreement. Additionally, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to seek repayment of any amounts previously paid hereunder along with recovery of any other damages caused by you.
