Upgrade Notification Sample Clauses

An Upgrade Notification clause requires one party to inform the other in advance when upgrades or significant changes are made to a product, service, or system covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the method and timing of notification, such as providing written notice a certain number of days before the upgrade is implemented, and may outline what constitutes an upgrade. Its core function is to ensure transparency and allow the receiving party to prepare for or respond to changes, thereby minimizing disruption and maintaining trust between the parties.
