Upgrade features. The Client may purchase or subscribe from the Owner Upgrade features to the Services as indicated in the Schedule at additional cost or price to be determined by the Owner. The installation or activation of the Upgrade feature or access to such Upgrade features by the Client shall constitute acceptance of the Client of the Upgrade features thereof.
