Common use of Upfront Amount Clause in Contracts

Upfront Amount. No later than thirty (30) days following the Effective Date, Licensee shall pay Licensor an upfront amount equal to One Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars ($150,000,000). Such payment shall be noncreditable against any other payments due hereunder.
