Updated Survey. Seller shall provide an updated existing as-built survey ("Survey") as necessary in order for the Title Company to delete the survey exception from the Title Policy. Purchaser may elect to obtain a new survey or revise, modify, or re-certify the Survey to otherwise satisfy Purchaser's objectives.
