Common use of Update Notice Clause in Contracts

Update Notice. Member shall provide written notice to AMHFCU of any changes to the information previously provided by Member to AMHFCU, including, but not limited to, any additional locations, any change in business, any new business, the identity of principals and/or owners, the form of business organization, type of goods and services provided and method of conducting sales. Such notice must be received by AMHFCU within 5 business days of the change. Member shall provide any additional information requested by AMHFCU within 5 days of such request. AMHFCU retains the right to: (i) review Member's Checks, Files and business activities from time to time to confirm Member is conducting business as stated by Member at the time of the execution of this Agreement and (ii) re-price or terminate eDeposit based on changes to information previously provided to AMHFCU by Member.
