Unused Space. Excepting maintenance ducts as provided in Section 16.10 and ducts required to be reserved for use by municipalities, all useable but unused space on Structure owned or controlled by CBT shall be available for the Attachments of CLEC, CBT or other providers of Telecommunications Services or cable television systems. CLEC may not reserve space on CBT Structure for its future needs. CBT shall not reserve space on CBT Structure for the future need of CBT nor permit any other person to reserve such space. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CLEC may provide CBT with a two (2)-year rolling forecast of its growth requirements for Structure that will be reviewed jointly on an annual basis.
Unused Space. Requesting Carrier may not reserve space on Ameritech Structure for its future needs. Ameritech shall not reserve space on Ameritech Structure for the future need of Ameritech nor permit any other person to reserve such space. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Requesting Carrier may provide Ameritech with a two (2)-year rolling forecast of its growth requirements for Structure that will be reviewed jointly on an annual basis.
Unused Space. Any space (i) existing in AT&T-13STATE’s Eligible Structures at the time of a collocation request, (ii) that is not subject to a valid space reservation by AT&T-13STATE’s or any third party, (iii) that is not occupied by AT&T-13STATE’s, its affiliates’, or third party’s equipment, and is not needed for access to, or egress from, work areas (iv) that is not being used by AT&T-13STATE’s or its affiliates for administrative or other functions and (v) on or in which the placement of any equipment or network facilities (AT&T-13STATE’s or Requesting Collocator’s) would not violate any local or state law, rule or ordinance (e.g., fire, OSHA, or zoning) or technical standards (performance or safety) or would void AT&T-13STATE’s warranty on proximate.

United will not use any unused space on any of the Charter Flights for the transportation of cargo or for the transportation of United personnel on company business, unless the travel is related to the charter operation, or unless the Charterer otherwise consents to United’s use of such unused space. United, at its option, may permit the use of any unused space on any positioning flight for the transportation of passengers or cargo.

Unused Space. In the event that any space available to CHARTERER shall be unutilized at time of departure, CHARTERER consents to the use by CARRIER of such space without refund or reduction of the charter price, but only for the transportation of CARRIER's personnel and property.
