Right-to-Use; Multiple Dedicated Spaces. 7.2.1 In accordance with this Appendix, AT&T-13STATE grants to the Collocator the right to use a Dedicated Space. Each Dedicated Space within an Eligible Structure will be considered a single Dedicated Space for the application of rates according to this Appendix.

Page 71 of 376 7.3 Trouble Status Reports 7.3.1 AT&T-OHIO and the Collocator are responsible for making best efforts to provide prompt verbal notification to each other of significant outages or operations problems which could impact or degrade AT&T-OHIO or the Collocator’s network, switches or services, with an estimated clearing time to restore service. In addition, AT&T-OHIO and the Collocator will provide written notification within twenty-four (24) hours to each other. When trouble has been identified, AT&T-OHIO or the Collocator is responsible for providing trouble status reports, consistent with this Appendix, when requested by AT&T-OHIO or the Collocator.
