Common use of Unused Services Clause in Contracts

Unused Services. The Professional Services herein must be completed within the Professional Services Term. Any portion of the Professional Services Fee (as identified in the Order) not used within the Professional Services Term will be automatically forfeited by Customer, with no further action required of either Party. Customer will not be entitled to a refund, or credit toward other Services, for any unused portion of the Professional Services as identified in the Order and for which Fees have been paid.
