Common use of Untested Small Receivables Clause in Contracts

Untested Small Receivables. All Untested Receivables on any Debtor (whether it is a new Debtor or an existing Debtor and with respect to all French Sellers) the aggregate outstanding amount of which is below five hundred thousand Euros (EUR 500,000) as at any date on which an Assignment is made under this Agreement shall be deemed to be “Untested Small Receivables”.
