Unspecified Customers Clause Samples

The 'Unspecified Customers' clause defines how the agreement applies to customers who are not explicitly named or identified in the contract. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the rights, obligations, or restrictions set forth in the agreement extend to such customers, which may include future clients or those not listed at the time of signing. By addressing the status of unspecified customers, the clause helps prevent disputes over the scope of the agreement and ensures both parties understand who is covered, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential legal risk.
