Unrestricted. 26.1 Dental Personnel hereby agrees, represents and warrants that Dental Personnel is not a party to a written employment agreement or any other agreement with any other person or entity which would prevent Dental Personnel from being employed by Company or otherwise carrying out the terms under this Agreement. 27.1 No Party shall be deemed to be in violation of this Agreement if prevents from performing any obligations hereunder by reason of disability, acts of God or other acts of war, flood or storm, strikes, epidemics, and the like beyond its control; nor shall a Party be required to act in violation of law or regulation.
