Unrequested. In addition, an employee who has been on a paid sick leave, pursuant to the "Sick Pay" provision of this Agreement for a period of four (4) or more consecutive working days shall, whether or not he makes application for a medical leave, be deemed to be on a medical leave of absence in accordance with this Article.
