Unknown owner. After applicable stray hold period is up, animal will be euthanized. Charges as listed in paragraphs 2a‐2d will apply; however, prior to billing the municipality for the charges, the humane society will attempt to bill the county, per state law. If the animal is injured or considered vicious, a veterinarian will be consulted as to whether the four day stray hold can be waived.
