Common use of Units in Inventory Clause in Contracts

Units in Inventory. At no time shall the aggregate number of Units (whether completed or under construction) owned by Borrowers, Guarantor or any subsidiary of Guarantor and not subject to a Qualifying Agreement of Sale exceed thirty percent (30%) of the total number of Units sold and settled by Borrowers, Guarantor and all subsidiaries of Guarantor during the immediately preceding four (4) Fiscal Quarters.
