Unitisation and Authorisations Sample Clauses

Unitisation and Authorisations. (1) Where the two Governments, after consultation with their respective Licensees, agree that a Petroleum reservoir is a Trans- Boundary Reservoir which should be exploited, it shall be exploited as a single unit in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed by the two Governments. (2) Subject to paragraph (1), the two Governments shall individually grant the Authorisations required by their respective national law. (3) In the event that a Trans-Boundary Reservoir is to be exploited as a single unit by making use of a Host Facility, the two Governments shall agree the most appropriate procedures to exploit that Trans-Boundary Reservoir.
