Unit Record and Ownership. A record shall be kept by the Company of the names and addresses of all Members and the class and number of Units held by each Member, and if the Units are represented by certificates, the respective dates thereof, and in case of cancellation, the respective dates of cancellation. The Person in whose name Units stand on the books of the Company shall be deemed to be the record holder and owner of such Units and the Member with respect to such Units for all purposes as regards the Company.
