Unit Price Method. 1. Whenever the AGENCY or its representative authorizes CONTRACTOR to perform on a Unit Price basis, the AGENCY’s authorization shall clearly state the: a. Scope of Work to be performed; b. Applicable Unit Price; and, c. Not to exceed amount of reimbursement as established by the AGENCY. 2. The applicable unit price shall include reimbursement for all direct and indirect costs of the Work, including overhead and profit. 3. CONTRACTOR shall only be paid under this method for the actual quantity of materials incorporated in or removed from the Work and such quantities must be supported by field measurement statements verified by the AGENCY.
