Common use of Unit Membership Clause in Contracts

Unit Membership. In accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974, the Board recognizes the Camden County Vocational Administrators and Supervisors Association II (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) as the exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiations concerning the terms and conditions of employment for all certified assistant principals and assistant directors, whether under contract, on leave, employed or to be employed by the Board of Education of the Camden County Technical Schools (hereinafter referred to as “Board”).
