Common use of Unit Hold Clause in Contracts

Unit Hold. The payment of the Base Fee and Service Level Fees as applicable and explained under (G.) of this article, reserves the unit during the Resident’s temporary absence from the facility. During an absence from the FACILITY, the Resident’s Unit will be held for the Resident provided that, upon return, the Resident continues to meet the FACILITY’s admission criteria and all fees and charges incurred by the Resident have been paid.
